Hair Loss Surgery: 3357 Graft Hairline Restoration

Description

This 63 year old man underwent a session of 3357 grafts into the frontal and midscalp regions. He was previously operated on elsewhere with a 2000 graft hair transplant session. The patient expressed dissatisfaction with that procedure because of poor density and limited coverage. His main goal at consultation was to reestablish density in the front half of the head and to improve the appearance of his frontal hairline.
