Hair Loss Surgery: 3008 Graft Frontal-Midscalp Restoration
Description
This is a 52 year old patient who underwent 3008 grafts in a single session. The patient initially expressed an interest in reestablishing his frontal hairline and boosting density throughout his entire thinning scalp. His donor region was found to be relatively snug and it was advised that he focus restoration on the frontal hairline and midscalp region to accommodate the limitations of graft availability. The surgical plan was designed to use a relatively small number of the available grafts for creating a subtle transitional density gradient from the thicker midscalp into a thinning crown.
